J.D. Brandon specializes in handcrafted leather goods. Each product is created with care, and as leather is a natural material, slight variations in texture, color, and markings may occur. These unique characteristics are not defects but rather reflect the artisanal nature of our products. Items may not appear exactly as shown in photographs due to these variations and differences in device displays.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions. However, we do not warrant that the quality of any products or materials will meet your specific expectations, as some variation is inherent to handmade goods.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. These are subject to return or exchange only as outlined in our Return Policy.

  • Customs and Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at info@jdbrandon.com. While we are not liable for courier mishandling, we will assist in filing claims with the carrier.

  • Custom and Bespoke Items: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
