United States Shipping

  • Shipping to the United States is included in the product pricing.
  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post.
  • Customs and Duties:
    • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by the United States.

International Shipping (Outside Canada and the United States)

  • For orders outside Canada and the United States, please contact us at info@jdbrandon.com prior to purchase to confirm shipping options.
  • An accurate shipping quote will be provided, which will appear in your payment summary during checkout.
  • Orders will be shipped via Canada Post, DHL, or your preferred vendor if available.
  • Customs and Duties:
    • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and VAT imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping quote.

Order Processing Time

  • Premade Items:
    • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Custom and Bespoke Items:
    • Orders will be shipped upon completion, with production timelines communicated during the ordering process.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
