Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom and Bespoke Items:
Custom-made or bespoke products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and notify us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items or promotional purchases.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired product is to return your current item and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify for a return under this policy:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the costs associated with return shipping and handling.
  • If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
