With no formal training but a relentless drive to create, I embraced countless nights of trial and error to perfect my craft.

Craftsmanship

  • A selection of premium leathers, hand-waxed linen thread, and edge paint swatches—each element is thoughtfully chosen.

  • The essential tools of hand made leatherwork.

  • Saddle stitching, a time-honoured hand-sewing technique, uses two needles passing through the same hole from opposite sides to create an interlocking seam. Executed entirely by hand with waxed linen thread, this time-intensive method ensures unmatched strength, exceptional durability, and a timeless beauty achievable only through traditional craftsmanship.

  • Chiyogami paper originating from Japan’s Edo period adds a unique touch to every unboxing experience.

Diamond Rally 2024

J.D. Brandon was honoured to participate in the Diamond Rally, a prestigious supercar event supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

As part of the weekend’s celebrations, I presented a bespoke red Maria handbag, custom-crafted as an exclusive award for one of the event’s lucky participants.

The rally also featured luxury showcases, including a special presentation of Pagani’s Utopia and an evening with Jacob & Co.’s exceptional timepieces.
